This clip is interviews with all the real people from Laramie ten years later and they talk a lot about legislation and how it still hasn't been passed. Later on the cop who found him and a few other people talk about how there's no possible way that the two guys did it under the influence. I suggest watching the whole thing cause the Mayor's pretty blunt and just says some pretty outrageous crap.
